I want to redeem my points, what do I do?
After signing up for the Blonyx MVP program, you can track your points earned and prizes they can be redeemed for in the pop up window on the lower left side of your screen. Make sure you are logged into your Blonyx account, select the points you would like to redeem and a code will be generated. Copy and paste that code into the PROMO section upon checkout.
Can I get free shipping with the loyalty program?
Yes, free shipping is still applied to all orders above $50
Are my points still redeemable when combined with other discount codes?
No, you can only use one promo code at a time. For example, you have a 10% off code from a Blonyx ambassador, you cannot combine this with a code to redeem $20 towards apparel.
Can I still receive the free Blonyx shirt with orders over $100 USD ($110 CAD, £70)?
Yes, you can receive the free shirt offer as well as redeem points from the Blonyx MVP Team. You place your order as usual, then add the items you would like to discount with your MVP Rewards and add to cart. You then redeem your points code from the Blonyx MVP Team window and key it on the discount code field in your cart. In the cart, you will also be able to select the free shirt gift.
Can I redeem points on a subscription plan?
While you will earn points in the same way on subscription orders as regular purchases, you can only redeem the 15% off subscription coupon in the same transaction as placing a subscription order.
